Scotland's Climate Week

During this year's Scotland's Climate Week, R&A Group LTD are proud to continually improve and provide sustainable solutions towards decarbonisation and supporting Scotland’s journey to Net Zero ♻️. We are delighted to have delivered a renewable energy project on behalf of Scottish Water Horizons and Scottish Water at Helensburgh Waste Water Treatment Works. The installation of 384 ground-mounted solar PV panels will generate around 0.21 GWh of electricity each year, enough to boil over 930,000 kettles 🫖. This solar PV installation will supply 26% of the site’s energy needs, save 43 tonnes of CO₂ annually, and even feed surplus green energy back into the grid. Well done to all involved 👏
