Building a relationship with Turner & Townsend to deliver their new prestigious state of art office facility in Edinburgh City Centre.

Appointed principal contractor in June 2018 our task was to undertake and deliver the new office fit out for Turner and Townsend within an 8 week programme.

Working closely alongside the Buildings Landlord Agent, collaborating as a team helped to overcome the many operational and logistical challenges we faced working in a live occupied office. Understanding the buildings existing services and infrastructure allowed interfacing to become a seamless process.

Following the Architect and Design Consultants high end specification the project was delivered on time and within budget.
